FBA Prep Services

Our FBA Prep Services include the following, and are constantly adapting to Amazon’s changing policies, requirements and market direction:

  • Kitting – combining one or multiple units of different items together to be sold as a kit

  • Packaging Materials – we can re-use materials when possible, and/or supply all cartons & void sized to fit and protect your product in transit
  • Case & Pallet labeling with Amazon FBA ID labels
  • UPS label printing on Amazon's UPS account with capture & input of case dimensions & weight, or UPS shipment on Swan’s account with discounted rates
  • LTL shipment prep using Amazon’s preferred carriers or Swan provided trucking with discounted rates
  • Box content identification & 2D barcode label generation
  • Freight forwarding, customs clearance and door-to-door freight management
  • Cross dock & FBA shipment prep of product already FNSKU labeled or commingled inventory
  • Seller central shipment management – give us a sign in and we take it from there
  • Inbound freight management:
    • UPS Collect to our facility to benefit from our discounted rates
    • Truck LTL & FTL shipment management through our discounted brokerage relationships
    • International Air freight and Sea Container door-to-door delivery including forwarding, customs clearance, drayage to our facility, and floorloaded container unloading
  • Product inspection & quality control
  • Haz-Mat product handling, compliant packaging and ground or LTL shipping on our accounts (we are Haz-Mat certified with UPS)
  • Amazon Canada, UK, Japan and others
  • Returns /Removals – receipt, inspection, reporting and disposition (or restocking if using our multi-channel model)
  • Storage of inventory to facilitate replenishment to Amazon as needed, with web-based inventory visibility and a full suite of reporting, metrics, order entry, etc.
