Warehouse Facility

SPF operates from a 125,000 square foot warehouse in an industrial complex in Wayne, New Jersey which is a residential town in the northeastern part of the state, located 20 miles from New York City, the NJ ports of Newark & Elizabeth, and Newark Liberty International Airport. Our proximity to the NJ ports for inbound containers, and to the density of the eastern US population for outbound small package shipments situates us in a ideal location for fulfillment and distribution services. We have easy access to a substantial labor pool in the surrounding towns, as well as virtually limitless warehouse space for expansion.

We are FDA registered and maintain a New Jersey Food & Cosmetic Distribution License. Our facility is secured by a central station burglar alarm, an internal network of security cameras and protected by a central station monitored wet sprinkler system….and we are located across the street from the Passaic County Sheriff’s Department! We maintain approximately 10,000 square feet of climate controlled space for temperature sensitive products and support client food & dietary supplement product lines requiring FIFO and FEFO stock allocation.

Inventory is maintained as a combination of reserve storage in pallet racking and primary forward pick storage in flow rack and shelving, with dedicated staff completing replenishment duties throughout the day. High ceiling buildings allow us to maximize cube, efficiently store & segregate client products and optimize our storage facilities to keep our storage rates competitive.

We have many clients with headquarters in the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area who feel a great sense of comfort with the close proximity to their inventory in our facility. We are easily accessible from many major highways including interstates 80 and 95 and highways 3, 17, 21, 46, 287 and the Garden State Parkway, and train & bus lines from New York City run very close to our facility.
